Branch Manager - Service Forward

Full Line Ag is a family owned farm equipment dealership with three locations in Saskatchewan.

This is a hands-on leadership role leading the day-to-day operations of our Perdue location. Ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, problem solving, and building a successful team. This position works closely with ownership and the management team and reports directly to them.

Service Leadership (Approx. 60%)

(Team includes 4 techs and 1 service writer)

• Coordinate technician workloads, schedules, and other support
• Assist with customer service calls, questions, and issue resolution
• Support the Service Writer with work orders, and customer inquiries
• Foster a positive, accountable, and engaging team environment

General Leadership (Approx. 40%)

(Team includes 3 parts people, and 1 sales person)

• Provide leadership, direction, and support to the team
• Support the Parts Department with questions and decisions
• Make day-to-day decisions, involve ownership/management as needed
• Conduct employee check-ins
• Ensure all departments work effectively together
• Monitor efficiency, productivity, profitability, and growth
• Set goals and work with the team to achieve them
