Baker

La Suerte Bakery and Resto seeks a skilled, creative baker to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time position that requires weekend work. We specialize in Filipino breads and are looking for candidates eager to learn and grow with us.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Check baking equipment are in proper running conditions before beginning of shift.
• Check stock inventory/ menu planning.
• Observe first in first out method when using ingredients.
• Observe high standard hygiene and sanitation at the workplace.
• Observe area is safe for work before work operations started.
• Communicate with owner the product inventory and breads to be bake for the day.
• Ensure quality of products produced are of high quality and preparation follows the food and safety regulations.
• Baked products according to recipes and customer orders.
• Keep bakery and equipment clean, sanitized and in good working order.
