Job Description: The Assessor Coordinator - Degree is responsible for referral management and case management within the Childrens Therapy Services department. The Assessor Coordinator Degree is accountable for establishing and maintaining positive liaison between the clients, referral sources and Childrens Therapy Services. The Assessor Coordinator - Degree is accountable for screening, referring, reviewing, planning and facilitating safe care for children and their families.

Experience
- 1 year of experience working with children and families in clinical environments
Education
- Degree in a health or social science related field.
Knowledge and Abilities
- Ability to establish, positive interpersonal/consultative relationships
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Knowledge of community resources in the province of Saskatchewan
- Positive approach to deal with challenging situations with empathy and sincerity
- Ability to follow safe work practices
- Advanced Clinical Assessment Skills
- Ability to act professionally, ethically and provide sound judgement
