Position Summary-Herauf Modular seeks an experienced Architectural Designer for our Regina location. The successful candidate will develop architectural concepts, drawings, and design solutions for modular buildings while ensuring designs are optimized for manufacturing, transportation, installation, and site assembly. Key Responsibilities-Develop architectural concepts, preliminary designs, and construction-ready drawings. Create and maintain digital building models. Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, details, and permit documents. Review project requirements, specifications, and client needs. Coordinate designs with structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil disciplines. Collaborate with engineers, consultants, project managers, and clients. Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and accessibility standards. Assist with material selections, specifications, estimating, and costing. Maintain project documentation. Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards. Qualifications-Diploma in Architectural Technologies. 3-5 years of experience producing construction-ready technical documents. Strong knowledge of Canadian building codes and zoning requirements. Experience with engineering drawings and technical documentation. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license.
