We are seeking an experienced and driven Agro Manager to lead the operations, sales, and strategic growth of our Agro Centre. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, achieving financial objectives, fostering strong customer relationships, and leading a high-performing team. The successful candidate will combine strong agricultural expertise with proven leadership skills to deliver exceptional service and business results.
What Youll Do
Provide operational leadership and oversight for Agro Centre programs, policies, and day-to-day activities.
Develop and execute sales and growth strategies while managing and expanding the customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with producers and agricultural customers by identifying opportunities and delivering solutions.
Prepare, administer, and achieve budgeted goals related to sales, margins, expenses, and inventory.
Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, maintenance, and asset protection programs.
Oversee the safe handling, storage, and management of inventory and equipment.
Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop team members while supporting performance management and succession planning.
Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to enhance products, services, and overall customer experience.
Contribute to business planning initiatives and support long-term operational objectives
