Aerial Instructors

We're expanding our team with dynamic Instructors specializing in aerial programs and we are looking for enthusiastic, high-energy instructors who are passionate about leading safe, inspiring, and engaging classes for all ages and skill levels. If you thrive on fostering connection, celebrating student milestones, and adhering to a collaborative safety-first curriculum, we want to hear from you!

What We Need

Aerial instructors to lead and grow our Junior Programs (ages 7+) and potentially to coach adult students (including older adults).

Pole instructors to lead and grow our adult pole program and introduce potentially to coach teens and Juniors.

Aspiring bungee instructors with related experience who are interested in expanding adult classes and potentially to coach Junior Programs (ages 7+).

Strong availability, primarily during evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

Group fitness or aerial arts coaching experience is an asset.

Group fitness, personal training or apparatus specific certification is an asset.

First Aid & CPR C (or willingness to obtain)

Criminal Record Check required.

We have an amazing community and appreciate everyone's interest in being a part of The Nexus Movement Crew! Preference will be given to active community members and based on The Nexus Movement's areas of need. Expressions will be held for six months for potential future needs.
