Accountant/Bookkeeper

This is a challenging job that offers the opportunity to do a wide variety of tasks.

Must be able to multi-task and be able to work unsupervised and be extremely organized.

Solid experience in Quickbooks Desktop including A/P, A/R and Payroll is required. Credit card and bank reconciliations is also prerequisite.

Running reports out of Quickbooks to pay monthly GST and Corporate Tax while working closely with external accountants.

Accurate record keeping of all the above with attention to detail is imperative.

An ability/interest in IT would be an asset.
