About this role
Join our Fleet Maintenance team and put your expertise to work on agricultural, industrial, and truck equipment. In this hands on role, you will diagnose, service, repair, and maintain a diverse fleet while ensuring safe, reliable performance and supporting apprentices and team members.
What You Bring
- Journeyperson Certificate as an Agricultural Machinery Technician or Heavy Duty Technician
- Minimum 2 years of journeyperson experience in mechanical repair and maintenance
- Strong diagnostic skills across diesel, gasoline, hydraulic, brake, electrical, cooling, and transmission systems
- Ability to work independently, lead others, and communicate effectively
