Strong advocacy, communication, courtroom, legal analysis, critical thinking, and decision-making skills are required, along with the ability to work effectively with police, victims, witnesses, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities include conducting criminal and regulatory prosecutions, appearing in court, reviewing police reports, providing legal advice, communicating with victims and witnesses, exercising prosecutorial discretion, and participating in ongoing legal education. Travel, including occasional overnight stays, may be required.
