Candidates should possess knowledge of office administrative procedures, filing systems, legal terminology, legal document administration, and criminal court processes. Completion of a minimum one-year Office Administration program is required, preferably in Legal Administration or Court Administration. Strong communication, critical thinking, digital, organizational, data management, and interpersonal skills are essential. Candidates must be accountable, collaborative, inclusive, adaptable, and committed to public service excellence.
Responsibilities include maintaining prosecution files, preparing legal documents and correspondence, responding to inquiries, managing records, applying policies and procedures, and entering, retrieving, formatting, and maintaining information using office software and database systems.
