Young's Equipment is seeking a Warranty Administrator to join our team in Regina or Moose Jaw. As a family-owned leader serving Saskatchewan's agricultural community, we are committed to exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

The successful candidate will manage warranty claims across multiple locations, ensure manufacturer compliance, maintain records, support branch teams, and help maximize warranty recovery across multiple locations.

The Role You Will Play

• Process and track warranty claims within required timelines.
• Maintain accurate warranty records and documentation.
• Monitor outstanding claims and follow up on denials, authorizations, and reimbursements.
• Ensure proper handling of warranty parts.
• Work closely with Parts, Service, and Technician teams.
• Stay current on manufacturer programs, warranties, recalls, and policy changes.
• Manage chargebacks and invoice non-covered repairs as required
• Provide support and training while ensuring compliance with manufacturer requirements.

Background Profile

• Experience in warranty administration, service administration, dealership operations, or a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of warranty processes and manufacturer requirements.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dealership management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Agriculture, heavy equipment, automotive, or dealership experience is an asset.
