Tutor: Math, Science & English (Adult Grade 12)

Suncrest College welcomes applications for casual Tutors, in the Adult Education program. We are currently accepting applications for casual Tutors at the Nipawin campus location. This is a term opportunity, from November 2, 2026 to June 30, 2027. Tutoring hours can take place during daytime or evening hours.

The Opportunity

Under the direction and guidance of the Lead Advisor, this position is primarily responsible for providing tutorial or instructional assistance to students, in the Adult grade 12 program, to achieve their learning goals.

Requirements

• The minimum educational qualification for this position is a relevant one year post-secondary education.  This education would typically provide knowledge of adult education methodology in the areas of Math, Science and English Language Arts.
• The minimum amount of practical, related experience required to perform the duties of this position is one year in a similar role in a classroom environment and one year work experience in a business environment.
• Demonstrated experience working in a cross-cultural environment.
