About this role
The Regina Early Learning Centre (RELC) is seeking a compassionate, collaborative, and organized Triple P Facilitator to support the delivery of Positive Parenting Program (Triple P) services within the Early Years Family Resource Centre (EYFRC).
The successful candidate will facilitate Triple P programs for parents and caregivers in individual and group settings while connecting families to community resources and wraparound supports. Responsibilities include participant assessments, program promotion, outreach, case coordination, organizing sessions and events, maintaining accurate records, reporting program statistics, and building strong relationships with families and community partners.
Qualifications
Knowledge of child development and positive parenting practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Strong organizational, documentation, and time management skills.
Commitment to providing culturally responsive, non-judgmental, family-centred services.
Experience facilitating groups, supporting families, or working in community-based programs is considered an asset.
