Training & Engagement Coordinator-Essential Skills

Northlands College is seeking a Training & Engagement Coordinator, in-scope middle management position reporting to the Director, Partnerships, Pathways, and Essential Skill or designate. The position is in La Ronge, Saskatchewan. Candidates will have a bachelors degree. Candidates must have 3 years experience in managing/coordinating projects.

The position is a permanent, full-time opportunity with the College. The Training & Engagement Coordinator is primarily responsible for initiating, implementing, supervising, and monitoring programs consistent with the College program plan. They also plays a supporting role in identifying community or industry needs; developing partnerships; developing and recommending policy or procedure modifications; and evaluating and adapting programs.
