Tim Hortons Food Service Supervisor

Responsibilities include

• understand and communicate with team member shift objectives
• help guests
• prepare guest orders
• follow all food safety standards and ensure that all team members are as well
• follow all health and safety standards mandated by OHS
• maintain logs and production sheets
• ensure that all cleaning is being properly completed
• assist guests with complaints or order inaccuracies
• ensure cohesiveness of shift and deal with interpersonal issues between team members
• communicate with Manager and Store Owners to ensure policies and equipment are maintained
