Student Recruitment Officer - Term

uther College at the University of Regina (www.luthercollege.edu/university) invites applications for a 9-month full-time term position (commencing as soon as possible until June 30, 2027) in the role of Student Recruitment Officer.

Working within the strategic direction established by the Director of Recruitment, the Student Recruitment Officer supports the implementation and evaluation of recruitment strategies and contributes to the achievement of enrolment and residence occupancy goals for Luther academic programs and The Student Village residence. The role also includes responsibility for structured pipeline development from Luther College High School (LCHS) and the administration of institutional high school partnership awards programs.

The position is accountable for ensuring the effective delivery and performance of recruitment activities. The role exercises sound judgment in managing recruitment operations, stakeholder relationships, and day-to-day decision-making, while consulting with the Director of Recruitment on strategic direction, priority setting, and complex or non-routine matters.
