Position Summary - We are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to join our Regina team. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities-Coordinate trades, subcontractors, materials, and schedules. Manage work plans and project timelines. Supervise equipment use and safety compliance. Monitor workforce and material requirements. Work with the Project Manager on budgets, schedules, and estimates. Assist with permits, site readiness, foundations, and utilities. Lead meetings and communicate project updates. Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and regulations. Maintain project documentation and reporting. Build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications - 3-5 years of construction leadership experience. Knowledge of estimating, blueprints, building codes, and foundation systems. Experience reading drawings and specifications. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects. Proficiency with Monday.com, Procore, or similar software. Valid Class 5 drivers licence. Preferred Skills - Knowledge of permitting in SK, AB, BC, and MB. Experience working with municipalities and Indigenous communities.
