We are seeking a customer-focused SGI Motor Vehicle Division (MVD) Customer Service Representative. This role handles drivers licences, vehicle registrations, plate renewals, and related SGI services. It is not an entry-level position. It offers a pathway to a rewarding insurance career, including the opportunity to become a licensed broker with our support. Customer service experience is required; insurance experience is not. The insurance industry offers significant and growing career opportunities, and we help motivated team members advance.
Responsibilities
Process SGI MVD transactions accurately
Provide professional in-person and phone service
Answer inquiries and assist clients
Maintain accurate records and follow procedures
Work collaboratively with the team
Qualifications
Proven customer service experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Reliable and able to work flexible 24-40 hour weeks
Basic computer skills
Bondable and able to meet SGI requirements
