We are looking for a reliable, experienced, and safety-conscious Skid Steer Operator to join our snow removal team for the upcoming winter season. The successful candidate will have proven equipment operating experience, appropriate training, and the required certifications to perform snow removal safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Operate a skid steer to clear snow from parking lots, commercial properties, driveways, and other designated areas.

Safely maneuver equipment in tight spaces and around vehicles, buildings, and other obstacles.

Perform pre-operation inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.

Work efficiently during snowfalls and winter weather events, including overnight, early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Follow all safety procedures and maintain professional standards on job sites.

Assist with other equipment or property maintenance duties as needed.

Required Qualifications

Proven, hands-on skid steer operating experience is mandatory.

Relevant equipment operator training and valid certification are required.

Demonstrated knowledge of safe equipment operation and snow removal procedures.

Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and work effectively under pressure.

Dependable transportation and reliable attendance.

Flexibility to work on short notice during snow events and outside regular business hours.
