Welcome customers and accurately document repair concerns.

Schedule service appointments and coordinate shop workflow.

Prepare detailed repair estimates and obtain customer approvals.

Open, manage, and close repair orders.

Communicate repair progress and completion timelines with customers.

Coordinate daily with technicians to prioritize work and maximize shop efficiency.

Source parts and coordinate with the Parts Department when required.

Monitor work-in-progress and ensure jobs remain on schedule.

Review completed repair orders for accuracy before invoicing.

Process warranty claims and manufacturer documentation where applicable.

Build long-term customer relationships through professional communication and exceptional service.

Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and professional front office.
