What Youll Do

Operate heavy farm machinery (such as tractors, grain carts, and trucks) safely and efficiently during the harvest window.

Assist with logistics, equipment prep, yard maintenance, and grain handling.

Support the broader farm team in executing our harvest plans with high care, consistency, and a strong safety-first mindset.

Maintain equipment in a clean, working condition and report any maintenance needs immediately.

Who Were Looking For

Experience: Prior farming experience is highly preferred.

Location: Located locally to Langenburg, SK and ready to work.

Availability: Able to commit fully to the peak harvest season from August through October.

License: A valid driver's license is required; a Class 1 license is considered a significant asset.

Mindset: Values-driven, mechanically inclined, comfortable with outdoor physical work, and ready to show up on time.
