Sales Agronomist - Crop Protection

LYNXEL Crop Protection is a Saskatchewan-focused agricultural crop protection business serving growers in the Regina area, with a long-term vision to expand across the Canadian Prairies. We are seeking a full-time Sales Agronomist  Crop Protection who combines agricultural knowledge with strong sales and customer-development skills.

What You Will Do

• Develop new business and build long-term relationships with farmers and growers.
• Sell PMRA-registered crop protection products, including herbicides, insecticides and related products.
• Identify customer needs, prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Support pre-book and in-season sales.
• Visit farms and agricultural customers throughout the Regina area.
• Provide practical crop protection product information and agronomic support within your knowledge and qualifications.
• Coordinate customer orders and delivery arrangements.
• Represent LYNXEL at grower meetings and agricultural industry events.

What We Are Looking For

• Relevant experience in crop protection, agricultural pesticides, crop inputs, agricultural retail, agronomy-related sales or Prairie agriculture.
• Experience selling to farmers/growers is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of Saskatchewan agriculture and existing farmer or industry relationships are strong assets.
• Agriculture, agronomy, crop science or agribusiness education is an asset; relevant industry sales experience may be considered instead.
• Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
• Legally entitled to work in Canada.
• Able to work independently and travel regularly.
