Retail Store Manager

The Retail Store Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of Brandt Sports & Entertainments (BSE) retail operations  including both brick-and-mortar and e-commerce channels  with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences, achieving sales and profitability targets, and upholding the integrity of the BSE brand.

Reporting to the Director of Merchandise, the Retail Store Manager plays a key role in driving merchandise strategy, managing daily operations, leading a high-performing retail team, and ensuring that the in-store and online shopping experiences reflect the same energy, pride, and professionalism that define BSEs sports and entertainment brands.

Retail Operations & Profitability

• Manage all aspects of BSEs retail operations, including the team store, game-day kiosks, and e-commerce platform.
• Ensure store profitability by achieving or exceeding sales goals, managing expenses, and implementing cost-control strategies.
• Oversee daily store operations including opening, closing, cash management, and adherence to all asset protection and loss prevention policies.

Guest Experience & Brand Leadership

• Lead by example to create a guest-first, service-driven culture that reflects BSEs values and enhances fan loyalty.
• Deliver a retail experience that is engaging, approachable, and reflective of the excitement of live sports and entertainment.

E-Commerce & Digital Retail

• Oversee BSEs online retail store, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, photography, and stock availability.
• Coordinate order fulfillment, returns, and shipping logistics to maintain service excellence.

Team Leadership & Development

• Recruit, train, and lead a team of retail associates to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence.
• Foster a culture of trust, motivation, and accountability, encouraging collaboration and personal growth.
