About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Property Management Administrator to join our team. This position is responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support for property management operations while ensuring accurate lease administration, rent collection, invoicing, reporting, and customer service.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Administer leases, including maintaining accurate tenant and lease records. Calculate, invoice, and collect rent and other tenant charges. Prepare and process invoices, statements, and other financial documentation. Administer and maintain sales reports and other property-related reports. Respond to tenant, customer, property owner, and vendor inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate and follow up on property-related administrative requests. Maintain accurate and up-to-date property, tenant, and lease documentation. Assist with accounts receivable, payment tracking, and resolving account discrepancies. Prepare correspondence, notices, reports, and other administrative documents. Assist with property inspections, maintenance requests, and vendor coordination as required. Support property managers with day-to-day administrative tasks and special projects. Ensure records and documentation are organized and maintained in accordance with company procedures.

Qualifications

Previous experience in property management,administration,accounting, real estate, or a related field is an asset. Strong written and verbal communication skills.Experience with property management or accounting software is an asset.Knowledge of rent administration, invoicing, and accounts receivable is an asset.
