The Opportunity
Reporting to the Senior Property Manager, the Property Administrator supports the administration of our Saskatoon Research and Technology Park, including lease administration, tenant billing, financial reporting, accounts receivable, tenant relations and property management systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Process tenant billings, payments, deposits and overdue accounts.
- Prepare operating cost estimates, year-end reconciliations and financial reports.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
- Respond to tenant inquiries and coordinate tenant moves.
- Monitor tenant insurance and maintain accurate lease and tenant records.
- Support property tax allocations, system administration and general property management functions.
Qualifications
- Administrative diploma or certificate and 13 years of administrative experience preferred; equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
- Knowledge of property management and accounting principles is an asset.
Strong numerical, organizational, communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with MRI or Yardi is an asset.
- Satisfactory Criminal Record Check required.
