About this role
We are seeking a reliable, skilled Property Maintenance Technician to support our dual locations: our Retail Garden Centre in Greenbryre and Production Greenhouse & Equipment Shop (10 mins west of SaskTel Centre). You will maintain facilities, greenhouses, grounds, and equipment to ensure a safe, clean, and fully functional environment for our team and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine repairs, renovations, and preventative maintenance across greenhouses, facilities, and grounds.
Conduct gutter cleaning, plastic roof repairs, and general operational upkeep.
Operate and maintain hand/power tools safely; troubleshoot mechanical and structural issues.
Execute seasonal indoor/outdoor tasks while keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe.
Qualifications & Skills
Valid Drivers License and reliable vehicle for travel between sites (Required).
Background in building maintenance, renovations, construction, or skilled trades.
Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and comfort working at heights.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize daily tasks.
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
Frequent physical activity: heavy lifting, bending, climbing ladders/lifts, and standing.
Comfortable working indoors/outdoors across all Saskatchewan weather conditions.
Schedule: Monday to Friday with potential evening, weekend, or on-call duties during peak seasons.
