No experience is required - we will provide full/on-the-job training.

What You'll Do

• Assist in the manufacturing of sheet metal products for the residential and commercial HVAC industry.
• Support production and fabrication processes.
• Operate tools and equipment safely following training.
• Read and follow production specifications and instructions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.

What We're Looking For

• Reliable and able to attend work consistently.
• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read measurements and use basic measuring tools accurately (e.g., tape measures, rulers, and gauges).

Education

• Grade 10 or equivalent.

Compensation

• Starting wage 17.50 per hour.
• Wage increase following a successful 90-day evaluation period.
