S & T Property Maintenance Ltd. is a growing Saskatchewan-based construction company specializing in underground utilities, foundation repair, waterproofing, excavation, concrete restoration, and municipal infrastructure projects. We are looking for a motivated, safety-focused 3rd year Apprentice or Journeyperson Plumber to join our team.
Position Summary
The Journeyperson Plumber will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining residential, commercial, and municipal water service connections, as well as supporting foundation waterproofing and underground utility projects. This position offers year-round, full-time employment with opportunities to expand your skills across multiple construction disciplines.
Responsibilities
Install, repair, and replace water service lines.
Complete municipal water service connections and disconnects.
Install and test water meters, valves, hydrant leads, and related piping.
Perform pressure testing, flushing, and commissioning of water systems.
Assist with foundation waterproofing systems, drainage installations, and weeping tile.
Install sump pits, sump pumps, and discharge systems.
Read and interpret construction drawings and utility locates.
Coordinate with excavation crews during underground installations.
Ensure all work complies with municipal standards and plumbing codes.
Complete daily safety inspections and required documentation.
Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
Provide excellent customer service on residential and commercial job sites.
Qualifications
3rd Year Apprentice or Journeyperson Plumber Certification (required).
Valid Class 5 driver's licence (Class 1A is considered an asset).
Experience with underground water services and municipal infrastructure preferred.

Compensation Details
$25.00-$35.00/hour Depending on Qualifications and Experience
