At Smith Plumbing we are a locally-owned and operated mechanical contractor with 45+ years of industry experience and a company history spanning more than 100 years. We are a small, close-knit, family-oriented team that values respect, fairness, honesty, and treating employees like family. Due to continued demand, we are looking for a multi-skilled and independent Journeyman Plumber/ HVAC Technician to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, furnaces, boilers, water heaters, pumps, and water distribution systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues independently
- Manage primarily solo service calls
- Provide professional, customer-focused service
- Maintain high standards of safety, workmanship, and organization
Qualifications
- Journeyman Plumber certification preferred; 3rd or 4th year apprentices with strong experience will be considered
- Experience with heating systems, boilers/furnaces, gas systems, and service/repair work
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working independently in the field
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid drivers license
