Reports To:Peer Support Manager
Camponi Housing Corporation is seeking a compassionate, community-oriented individual to join the Supportive Living team. The Peer Support Team Lead provides guidance, mentorship, and support to Peer Support staff while helping maintain a welcoming, respectful, and stable environment for residents. Drawing on lived and/or living experience, the Team Lead supports tenant wellness, harm reduction, community engagement, and housing stability.
Key Responsibilities
Guide and mentor Peer Support staff.
Support KKV policies, procedures, SOPs, and established practices.
Assist with tenant concerns, conflicts, and crisis situations.
Support communication, staffing, documentation, and operational continuity.
Promote tenant dignity, safety, independence, and housing stability.
Qualifications
Lived experience relevant to the community served is strongly valued. Experience in supportive housing or social services are assets.
Requirements
Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector; First Aid/CPR/BLS; PART, Naloxone Training, and Trauma-Informed Care, or willingness to obtain.
