About this role
The Parts Inventory Clerk (PIC) They must be polite, well spoken and maintain a neat personal appearance. The incumbent also fulfills the shipper-receiver role. Being a proactive team player is essential. The incumbent takes direction from the VP of Sales.
General duties include but are not limited to
Effectively manage Two Computer based Inventory systems
Perform all shipping and receiving functions, e.g. packaging
Monitoring & maintaining inventories as well as emergency delivery of parts to technicians in the field
Filing, Photocopying, Scanning, Shredding
Light office housekeeping
Work Setting
Office and industrial workshop
Weight Handling
Up to 23 kg (50 lbs.)

Essential Skills
Class 5 license and clean drivers abstract as well as ability to provide a criminal record check.

Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain a computer based inventory system
Working knowledge of Microsoft operating programs
Advanced skills re: Microsoft Office: Word, Excel & Outlook and Adobe Acrobat (in particular fillable forms)
Able to use, Photocopying, Scanning & Shredding machines/applications
