This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, has strong attention to detail and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Ordering, receiving and organizing parts inventory
- Assisting customers with parts and service inquiries
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Completing inventory counts and processing returns
- Communicating repair requirement, costs and status updates to customers
- Working closely with technicians to support operations
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Automotive experience is an asset
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented and reliable
- Knowledge of inventory control practices
- Proficiency with computers and dealership software
- Able to multi-task and work independently
- A valid Class 5 or greater SK Driver's license is required
