OFFICE MANAGER

A well-established company is looking for a responsible, professional, and organized Office

Manager to oversee daily office operations.

Downtown location with on-site free private parking.

Main Responsibilities

Oversee daily office procedures and administrative operations

Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

Process invoices, basic bookkeeping, and payroll, ROE

Prepare bank deposits and handle routine banking tasks

Manage stock and inventory, including inventory counts and records

Assist with purchasing and ordering

Communicate with customers, vendors, and suppliers by phone and email

Assist with hiring, onboarding, and staff training when required

Maintain organized records and support daily business operations

Requirements

13 years of relevant experience preferred

Excellent professional English, written and spoken, is a MUST

QuickBooks Online experience is required

Experience with A/R, A/P, payroll, bookkeeping, and inventory is an asset

Knowledge of Square One system is an asset

Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills

Reliable, professional, and able to work independently

Position

Salary: $45,000$65,000/year, depending on experience

Hours: 35 to 40 hours/week

Location: Downtown with free private parking
