Program: Adolescent Group Home
Hours: 150 hours in 4-week period; rotational shift work including 11pm to 8:30am or 10pm to 10am
Location: Yorkton, SK
Start Date: September 27, 2026
SIGN is seeking a motivated, empathetic, and youth centred individual, responsible for the nighttime operations of the Group Home. This includes completing tasks that ensure the safety of residents and staff; role modelling positive attitudes and behaviours; communicating clearly with the team; and striving to develop healthy relationships with each resident.

Expectations
Must attend the scheduled shifts for evenings and overnights;
Support, connect with and care for residents, using a strength based and trauma informed approach;
Complete regular and required additional duties to help maintain the home;
Record keeping and file maintenance including documenting all relevant information of the residents;
Complete Incident Reports as needed;
Positively contribute to the residents and the team;
Protect the health and safety of others by adopting safe work practices;
Communicate well with coworkers, management and youth.
Qualifications and experience
The energy and aptitude to support youth while working well with a team;
Previous experience working with youth in a residential setting would be ideal;
Post-secondary education and/ or training relevant to the position would be an asset;
A recent (6 months or less), clear Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check;
Valid drivers license is required.
