Key Lake, located in northern Saskatchewan, is the worlds largest high-grade uranium mill. The uranium milled at Key Lake is used for nuclear fuel products, which utilities around the world rely on to generate safe, reliable, emissions-free nuclear power. Cameco is one of the largest global providers of the uranium fuel needed to power a secure energy future.
Position and Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the safe operation of active mill circuits in accordance with established procedures and guidelines to meet operating plans.
- This includes monitoring environmental, safety and process controls, safe execution of facility operator care rounds and water treatment circuits and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Education and Qualifications
Requirements of the position
- Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent
- Minimum six years of relevant work experience
- Equivalent combination of education and work experience considered
- Work a rotational schedule and commute to site by aircraft
