MHCB Wellness Coordinator - Central Office

Salary and Benefits

$36.91 - $43.18 - According to education and experience.

The successful candidate will

• Provide leadership, coordination, and supervision of the MHCB

initiative and staff.

• Develop and implement service plans aligned with MHCB objectives.
• Liaise with school administration, community partners, and provincial

MHCB networks.

• Ensure timely submission of reports and evaluation surveys to the

Saskatchewan Health Authority.

• Oversee the quality and consistency of MHCB services and programming.
• Mentor and provide direction to the Wellness Promoter.
• Manage budget and resource allocation with fiscal accountability.
• Engage stakeholders to connect students and families with specialized

mental health and addiction services.

• Ensure compliance with SHA contracts and privacy legislation.

Preference will be given to candidates with a related post-secondary education in the health or social sciences field or a relevant combination of education and experience.
