Home Visitor Supervisor - KFN La Ronge

FTE: Full-time

Term of Employment: Permanent

Qualifications

• Early Childhood Certification and/or a Social Work Degree with a

demonstrated supervisory background.

• Demonstrated ability to provide leadership and support in early

childhood development, family and prenatal support.

• Must possess a valid driver's license, have access to a reliable

vehicle, and obtain a $2,000,000.00 business liability insurance

policy. Must be able to travel as required by the position.

The suitable candidate will be able to perform the following duties:

• Provide one-on-one support/supervision for full-time home visitor
• Work collaboratively as part of the home visiting team
• Provide client families with information and life skill development

opportunities

• Identify and support prenatal women and/or parents with children aged

03 years to develop strong support systems

• Document all contact with families on a continual basis as well as

the preparation of other documents and reports as required by KFN
