Member Service Representative

At Weyburn Credit Union, we believe banking should be personal. We're looking for a Member Service Representative to join our Weyburn team in a temporary full-time position until January 2027. As one of the first people our members connect with, you'll play an important role in creating positive experiences, building lasting relationships, and helping our members achieve their financial well-being.

What Youll Be Doing

• Help members with day-to-day transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and account maintenance.
• Build meaningful relationships and create exceptional member experiences.
• Listen for opportunities to connect members with the products and services that best meet their needs.
• Support members with digital banking and other account services.
• Ensure transactions are processed accurately and securely.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to support member and organizational success.

What Youll Bring

• Grade 12 diploma.
• One to three years of customer service, retail, cash handling, financial services, or related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A genuine passion for helping people.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
