Marketing Summer Student

Prairie Co-operative is hiring a temporary Full-Time Marketing Summer Student at our Administration Office located in Melville, SK (Summer of 2027).

What youll do

Responsible for assisting the Marketing Specialist with creating marketing material for Prairie Co-op. The Marketing Summer Student will engage with all department managers to film/photograph marketing material to promote sales and campaigns, as well as communicate to the public. The Marketing Summer Student will collaborate with and assist the Marketing Specialist with duties such as:

Creation of print media  familiarity with Canva is an asset

Social media post creation in adherence to our Brand standards

Travelling to Prairie Co-op locations to film/photograph marketing material

Assist the Marketing Specialist with planning/determining upcoming projects

Laminating, cutting, and folding materials as required

Other duties as assigned.

Who you are

You are looking for a career in Sales & Marketing and:

You are dependable, reliable and have strong communication skills

You have a valid Class 5 Drivers License

You are comfortable navigating and operating different social media platforms (including but not limited to Facebook, Tik Tok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)

You are pursuing a degree/certificate in relevant education

Video editing skills are considered an asset

You are creative, innovative, honest, trustworthy, results-oriented, and strive to be the best in what

you do.
