About this role
We're looking for a strategic, collaborative, and proactive leader to come on board as our Manager, Treasury Risk. In this role, you'll provide leadership and subject matter expertise over Conexus balance sheet risk management functions, including cash management, liquidity risk management, asset liability management, and interest-based pricing. You will play an important role in helping ensure risks and opportunities affecting the balance sheet are identified, analyzed, and optimized in alignment with Conexus strategy, policies, risk appetite, and regulatory expectations.
How you'll be spending your time
- Leading the development and execution of treasury risk management strategies related to cash, liquidity, asset liability management, interest rate risk, and interest-based pricing.
- Monitoring internal and external environments to identify emerging balance sheet risks and opportunities.
- Providing expert advice and recommendations to senior leadership on treasury-related risk matters.
- Overseeing liquidity risk management frameworks, including liquidity policies and risk tolerances, stress testing, contingency planning, market access, and related monitoring and reporting.
