The Opportunity
Were looking for a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in industrial maintenance, equipment repair, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance, or those with a strong mechanical, electrical, millwright, or trades background. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting the continued growth of our manufacturing operations.
Role and Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems).
- Troubleshoot and repair production equipment as issues arise.
- Maintain and repair facility infrastructure including lighting, plumbing, HVAC, and general building upkeep.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and parts inventory.
- Work with production staff to identify issues and implement effective maintenance solutions.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Keep tools, parts, and workspaces organized and clean.
- Respond to urgent breakdowns and equipment malfunctions.
