Maintenance Supervisor

College Park Retirement Residence is now accepting applications for a key management team member of Maintenance Supervisor. The successful candidates will be responsible for

delivering the highest standards of service for our residents of this 167 suite retirement residence ensuring that the building is maintained to the highest standards.

Job duties include, but are not limited to: Ordering and receiving supplies, inspecting, maintaining, and repairing equipment, turning over suites (Patching, painting, general repairs) in 3 days, assisting in groundskeeping, preforming heavy duties (scrubbing, buffing, ect), responds to breakdowns and maintanence emergencies.
