About this role
Kinistino Housing Authority is looking for a maintenance contractor who would be responsible for the maintenance of the buildings and grounds of the Kinistino Housing Authority properties. The duties include grounds maintenance including snow removal and lawn care, minor maintenance of the rental units, accessibility to the tenants for emergency repairs and regular building inspections. A basic working knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, heating, general property maintenance as well as the ability to perform manual labor is required. The contractor will provide all the tools and equipment required to perform the duties. The successful candidate will be required to complete a Criminal Record Check
