Salary and Benefits

$26.99 - $31.57 -According to education and experience. Includes tool and safety equipment allowance. Comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

Playground inspection certificate

Grade 12 or equivalent diploma

Computer use knowledge

Minimum of two years' experience in one or more of the building trades

Valid driver's license with a heavy trailer endorsement

Provide a reliable vehicle if required

Skills and Responsibilities

Ability to work with minimal supervision

Ability to safely operate tools and equipment required to perform assigned work

Ability to work cooperatively with other trades and contractors

Ability to do heavy work (exert 100 lbs of force occasionally and up to 50 lbs of force frequently and 20 lbs of force constantly to move objects)

Ability to recognize work that is required and perform necessary work or create a service request.
