About this role
The Jordans Principle Service Coordinator supports children and families by helping them access the services, supports, and resources they need. This role assists families throughout the client application process, including gathering required information, completing application requirements, and advocating for timely access to appropriate supports. The coordinator works to ensure each child receives adequate assistance and services to meet their individual needs.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor of Social Work degree or a bachelor-level degree in a related discipline deemed appropriate.
Minimum of three (3) years of successful employment experience in a child and family services environment, with an emphasis on advocacy to meet the medical needs of children under Jordans Principle.
Experience delivering First Nation Child and Family Services is preferred.
Valid drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle.
Current Criminal Record Check and Drivers Abstract are required.
Three (3) current references must be submitted with the applicants rsum.
