Information Systems Analyst

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and managing complex corporate information systems and digital platforms, ensuring our technology solutions align seamlessly with operational and business requirements.

Job Duties

• Analyze, test, and oversee information systems to ensure data is efficiently collected, organized, and distributed.
• Monitor network infrastructure and make strategic recommendations to enhance network performance and reliability.
• Ensure that all data stored within systems is fully protected and recommend proactive database security improvements.
• Identify, document, and troubleshoot technical issues, managing them through to a complete and timely fix.
• Design, configure, and evaluate complex enterprise platform architectures, integrated B2B solutions, and internal CRM systems.
• Coordinate cross-system implementations, ensuring seamless data flows, robust integrations, and reliable tracking setups.
• Utilize data analysis tools like Power BI to track system performance metrics and pinpoint areas for business process optimization
• Carry out routine preventive maintenance to ensure high system availability and prevent potential downtime.
• Develop and follow IT policies and procedures that align with organizational goals, meet user needs, and satisfy legal and ethical standards.
