Hotel Front Desk

The Colonial Square Inn & Suites is centrally  located on 8th street in Saskatoon.

• *Must be a Saskatoon resident. Please do not apply if you are not residing in Saskatoon**

We are currently looking for a "Front Desk Agent" to work in the day and evening shifts, No nights.

Part-time permanent position.

The shifts can be during the week or weekend and some holidays.

• Paid training will be provided.

We are looking for a reliable person who is willing to work as a team and can provide great customer service to the guests. Must have an excellent communication skills both written and oral.

Some of the duties are

Register arriving guests and assign rooms. Process group arrivals and departures.

Take, cancel and change room reservations.

Provide information on hotel facilities and services, Provide general information about points of interest in the area.

Investigate and resolve complaints and claims.

Process guests' departures, calculate charges and receive payments, Balance cash.

Clerical duties (i.e. cash handling, filing, scanning, photocopying).

Assist clients/guests with special needs.

Handle wake-up calls.

Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.

Provide customer service, Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.
