Pool Attendant

Ramada Regina East/Emerald Park is looking for a Part-time pool attendant for our pool and waterslide area. We are looking for candidates who are reliable, motivated, and eager to learn. The successful candidate must be a driven, self-starter who is motivated and knowledgeable of the hotel operating environment. Candidates must be at least 16 years of age. You will be responsible for general supervision of the pool area (including adherence to all safety rules), pool operations, reading of the pool spa levels, cleaning of the pool area, providing emergency care and treatment as required until the arrival of emergency medical services, and general hotel jobs including support of the front desk. Complying with the hotel's Occupational and Health Safety Guidelines and Regulations.

Candidates must have excellent English skills and must be legally entitled to work in Canada.

Having your Pool Operators Certificate or any relevant prior experience is an asset; however, it is not necessary. Knowledge of Standard First Aid/CPR is required.

During your shift, you will be responsible for

• Supervision of Pool/Waterslide Area
• Water Testing(training will be provided)
• Tidying of the pool area
• Incident reporting
• Other tasks
