Home Centre Manager

Central Plains Co-op is recruiting for the position of Full-Time Home Centre Manager for our Home Centre in Rosetown.

The successful applicant will be responsible for; preparing, administering and achieving budgeted goals, as it relates to pricing, sales, margins, expenses, and inventory; the management, maintenance and security for the Home Centre and property; managing growth of sales and improving profitability; promoting the Co-op Brand and adhering to image standards; overseeing ordering and product procurement; ensuring prompt, efficient and friendly customer service to be provided at all times; ensuring Health & Safety and environmental polices and procedures are achieved; providing team leadership; and planning personal and professional development for self and Team Members.

This position requires a dynamic self-starter with strong hardware and lumber knowledge; excellent communication skills; a positive attitude; team building skills; strong leadership skills; and the ability to develop loyal, long-term relationships with our members and customers.
