General Manager Automotive Technician

Duties

• Lead and manage daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the business.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance productivity and profitability.
• Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, communication, and employee engagement.
• Monitor performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and community partners.
• Provide training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and career growth.
• Keep track of inventory, order and shipment

Billing and invoices

Experience

• 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician (management experience an asset)
• Strong mechanical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
• Proven experience in a managerial role within the industry is preferred.
• Strong understanding of business operations
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels.
• Journeyman/Red Seal Trade( would be an asset not requirement)
